Synopsis: The 2nd letter delivered to Rosa speaks about balance. The letter intends to open Rosa’s eyes the importance of balance and success in a pressure-filled life as a young businesswoman.

It was raining hard when Rosa arrived on her second business trip engagement. She was in Dubai and quite frantic about the place and people because it’s her first time in Middle East. It is unusual to experience rain in a desert country.

“It’s like experiencing a miracle – rain in Dubai.”, she thought. She prayed that the rain would stop because it adds uncertainty to what she is feeling about the city.

The travel assistant was already at the airport to accompany her to the hotel which will serve as her home for two weeks. From a distance, she noticed quickly that the travel assistant holding a signage with her name printed on it was also carrying a bouquet of colorful flowers.

Marhaba, Madame Rosa! Flowers for you.” (Marhaba, in Arabic means ‘Welcome’.)

“Oh, lovely daises!” she blurted with gladness.

Aina, the travel assistant introduced herself to Rosa and went straight on discussing their schedule of activities and important facts about Dubai, but when she noticed that the young lady’s attention was all over the bouquet of daises, she stopped and let her enjoy it.

The car driver who will take them to the hotel was already waiting for them. On their way, Rosa gazed again at the daises – its petals, colors and smell are so relaxing. She noticed a letter envelop, pulled it out and read on.

Here I am again, Rosa,

I hope you loved the vibrant colors of daisies. They may vary in sizes and colors but all of them are beautiful and comforting to your tired spirit.

Rosa, I am proud of what you’re achieving. Most of the days you are occupied and tired with all the things you need to do which makes you ask if all these things are really worth doing.

When you are tired, take rest not only of the body but of mind and spirit too.

In this letter, I want to teach you the importance of balance.

It is good for you to know the difference of worldly success and balance.

Worldly success asks us to give all our efforts and energies so that we may reap the richness and prestige of the world in the time of harvest. However, living in balance is more important. Life is short and nobody knows if you will reach the time to harvest what you have labored for many years. Do not miss the chances to live a balance life.

Harvest makes us think of the future while balance invites us to experience the present time. Always remember that the only true among the three is “present”. Past and future are merely illusions from our insecure hearts.

You might say, “But we learn from the past and in future we plan – which are all good for us.”

I say, “Present is the only time where we are allowed to process what happened in the past – so that we may learn. Also, present is the only time and space wherein we can work diligently on the things we want for the future.”

Present is the balance element in yin and yang. Finding it in our lives is so important so that we may enjoy life to the fullest.

People, when they are still young, focus on working hard and worrying too much on how they can give a brighter future for the family. When they reach old age, weaker and suffering in sickness, they’ll tell to the young ones:

“Enjoy your life wisely! Don’t be too much to so many things. Live a balance life.”

To be in balance is to live in the present.

On one note, expect that there will be times that you will lose balance. This is part of the cycle. Do not be afraid because you will eventually regain it. As long as you know the importance of balance in your hectic and fast-moving life, you will always find ways to have it.

I hope you find ways and live it soon.

That’s all for now, Rosa. Enjoy the journey. ‘Till next!

It was breath-taking. Rosa was amazed how the letter sender knew the exact words and wisdom that she needs to hear as if he knows what she is going through. After working for some years now, she realized that she forgot how to live in the present, to enjoy her youthful years and to learn more about who she is that her job can never give.

Her business trip in Dubai went well. Her father was happy for her productive collaborations with other businessmen – she loves seeing him happy. But her most favorite part of the trip was when she read the letter and realized that she needs to apply balance in life.

Moreover, her curiosity who the letter sender is grows more because of the second letter.

“How come he was able to send me a letter in Madrid, and now in Dubai?” she wondered. It feels that the person behind these letters is with her all the time.

Your content is excellent but with pucs and video clips, this site could definitely be one of the greatest
    in its niche. Good blog!

  • Youu really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic
to be actually something which I think I would never
